THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

ZONING BY~LAW

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam

City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B. C. on Monday, Nay 27th,
1974, at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-law to amend the
"City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918":

By-law No. 1318: to rezone Lot 61, N.W.4 Section 6, Township 40, Plan

31851, from RS-2 (One-Family Suburban Residential) to.RS-1 (One-

Family Residential).

This property is located at 1455-57 Prairie Avenue and it is

expected that a Personal Care Use piviny care to approximately

five ambulatory guests will be established on the property

following completion of the rezoning procedures, licencing under

the provisions of the Community Care Facilities Licencing Act, and

approval by the Council.

A copy of the proposed by-law may be inspected in the Office of the
City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between
the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ~ on working days - from May 16th to
May 27th, 1974.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the
proposed by-law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public

ilearing on matters contained in the By-law.
