C. on Monday, Nay 27th, 1974, at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918": By-law No. 1318: to rezone Lot 61, N.W.4 Section 6, Township 40, Plan 31851, from RS-2 (One-Family Suburban Residential) to.RS-1 (One- Family Residential). This property is located at 1455-57 Prairie Avenue and it is expected that a Personal Care Use piviny care to approximately five ambulatory guests will be established on the property following completion of the rezoning procedures, licencing under the provisions of the Community Care Facilities Licencing Act, and approval by the Council.
