Re: Establishing an Advisory Landlord & Tenant
Advisory Bureau

I attended the Intermunicipal Committee Meeting held on Tuesday, January
22nd, 1974 in the District of Coquitlam. The Committee will be hosting a meeting
of concerned landlords and tenants on Thursday, February 7th, 1974 at 7:30 p.m.
in the Coquitlam Council Chamber. Purpose of the meeting will be to strike an
Advisory Bureau.

A further meeting will be held with the selected representative from
each group - one selected by the landlords - and one selected by the tenants. We
will then select the third member of the Bureau and draw up the job description

and terms of reference for the position of Landlord & Tenant Investigator.
