ANNUAL SALE

This is our annual fund-raiser and we are anticipating a great show
and gale. We are planning on having an exhibition area that will include
unique sculptural pottery pieces. These pieces will be juried and sold.
Get creative and make some interesting pieces for this area.

During the sale we will have potters demonstrating their skills for
the public.

Films and slide presentations are also part of the program, to show
the public the diversity of our work. David Lavine has been busy filming
many of our potters and will have some interesting work for us.

Your participation in this sale will be necessary as there is a lot
of work to be done. Besides the work during the actual sale period,
we need people to distribute posters and flyers. Please note this on
your entry form if you can help in this area, or call the Guild office
at 683-9623 and leave your number.

Even if you are not planning to sell your work at the sale. we need
your help and ask that you get involved. It is a good opportunity to
maet fellow potters and also give the Guild a fend. So get buay and

creative! !

Pots are to be delivered to Robson Square Media Centre, 600 Robson St.,
Vancouver. 6.C. on Wednesday, Dec. 9, I987, from 12 noon til 4 p.m.
The sale will take place Thursday. Dec. 10, from 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Friday. Dec. 11 from 11 a.m. = 7 p.m. and Saturday Dec. 12 from 10 a.m.
to 6 p.m. Unsold pots will be picked up Sunday. Dec. 13 from 10 a.m.
until noon,

Members will be charged 30% commission on sales and must volunteer 6
hours of work. Non-members will be charged $270.00 for meabership dues,

in addition to the above. Further information will be gent to those
who enter.
