the Terrace Arena for a three-year period
commencing September 2000,

the existing office building in Terrace, B.C. The

Project is a 2500 sf. 1 storey plus basement
addition to a 6000 s.f. existing structure.

A maximum of six General Contractors will be
invited to bid on the project which will be
constructed under the provisions of a CCDC-2
Stipulated Price Contract or an amende
cepe-2 Stipulated Price Contract.

Contractors wishing to be considered should
submit their credentials, comprising of at least
the information contained in CCA Document
No.1} “Canadian Standard = Form of
Contractors Qualification Statement’. Closing
