above Act, deposited with the Min-
ister of Public Works, at Ottawa,
and in the office of the District
Registrar of the Land Registry Dis-
trict of Prince Rupert at Prince
Rupert, B.C., a description of site
and plans of a highway bridge pra-
posed to be built over the Khyex
River at the confluence of the
Khyex and Skeena Rivers, the line
of the bridge being approximately
parallel to and 60 feet downstream
from the existing Canadian Nation-
al Railways bridge.

And take notice that after the
expiration of one month from the
date of the publication of this
Notice, the Minister of Highways,
Government of the Province of
British Columbia, will under Sec-
