PROJECT DESCRIFTION: The applicant has recently taken over this rezoning and development variance permit application to permit creation of 3 RS-2 Lots. The subdivision is for 3 lots as shown in Figure No. 1. Lot 3 requires relaxation of minimum lot depth to be achieved through a development variance permit. The owners of the property are entering into a land exchange for a portion of Lot 52 being dedicated for road in exchange for a portion of the Cameron Avenue right-of-way. This will achieve the completion of the Pekrul Place turn-around. The Planning Department can support creation of a 3 lot subdivision to permit the construction of three new single family residences in conformity with the Official Community Plan policy for infill neighbourhood residential.
