We are writing to you today on behalf of the Council of Owners for
the above noted Strata Corporation, consisting of 182 Owners.

We have noticed that the houses on. both sides of Atkins from
Shaughnessy to the entrance to Orchard Valley Estates is up for
multi family rezoning and as a result, we would like to express Our
concerns over the access to Shaughnessy Avenue even now,
without this additional development.
“We would like to make the request that the lane from Atkins to
Kelly Avenue, along the eastern side of the Strata Corporation, he
opened. up to traffic, with stop signs being installed at Reeve and
‘Kelly at Shaughnessy. We feel that this would alleviate some of
the traffic trying to access Shaughnessy from Atkins.
