In support of this application are the following documents: Habitat Conservation Fund Proposal Summary form, Fisheries Enhancement Proposal - Hyde Creek Fish Habitat Enhancement Proposal, Plan | - Hyde Creek Fish Habitat Enhancement Project - Key Map, Plan 2 - Hyde Creek Catchment Area and, Plan 3 - Hyde Creek Area Drainage Plan. Hyde Creek, west of Cedar Dr., is dry for approximately 4 months during the summer. The Hyde Creek Fish Habitat Enhancement project involves the installation of a water source facility (outlet from a City watermain or well) plus the reconstruction of the Hyde Creek channel from Cedar Dr. to Coast Meridian Road. This project will reclaim a portion of Hyde Creek for year-round fish habitat spawning. The Phase I (1994) for this project involves the completion of a feasibility study. If Phase I demonstrates that this could be a successful project, it is proposed to proceed to Phase I (construction -1995) and Phase III (operation - 1996) of this project.
