DISCUSSION: The proposed two lot subdivision generally conforms to the Zoning Bylaw requirements for the RS-—2 zone. Approval of this Rezoning Application, however, would permit the creation of two small single family lots in an area where larger lots dominate. The character of the neighbourhood would be affected.
