That Council approve the priority identified in the summary of recommendations of the report attached to Council Agenda for the implemenatation of traffic improvements in the kitchener/Davies Neighbourhood Area. That Council approve the implementation of Items and 2 of the Patricia/Hastings/Woodland recommendations being: i) installation of temporary traffic circle at Patricia and Murchie, removal of barricades on Murchie, removal of median barrier at Woodland and Kitchener, and installation of appropriate signage (cost $7,100.00) and; ii) installation of speed humps on Jervis, Raleigh and Lancaster complete with required signage (cost $7,500.00). — That $14,600.00 being the total estimated cost for the works be allocated to the Special Public Works Capital Reserve Fund.
