BACKGROUND s The subject property is presently occupied by the Hagel Trembath Elementary School. This application is for the development of a Citadel Heights Middle School on the easterly portion of the 7695 square meter parcel. ‘The proposal is to build a middle school, grades 7, 8 and 9 for School District No. 43. The middle school is to be placed at the east side of the school property, with two new playing fields on the west side of the new school, adjacent to the existing Elementary school playing field and the existing Hazel Trembath Elementary School.
