Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more particularly described as: Lots 22, 23, 24, and 25 District Lot 289 Group One Plan 2426 New Westminster District are hereby rezoned from RS-2 (Large Lot Residential) to RM~-4 (Apartment) to and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning.
