A By-law to authorize the execution of Development Apreements by tlie
City in respect of proceedings under the "City of Port Coquitlam Subdivision
of Land Ey-law, 1970, No. 902%,

NHEREAS Section 504 of the “City of Port Coquitlam Subdivision of Land

Sv-law, 1779, Mo, 992" contenplates the deposit of funds by a subdivider res-
pecting the installation of works and services to be installed upon the
 subdivisioa of land thus permitting the Approving Officer to approve a plan
of subdivision prior to the completion of the required works;

| AND VUEREAS the said Section 594 provides for the entering into of a
form of agreenent by the City with the subdivider ;

AND WEEREAS it is. thought desirable to alter the form of Agreement;
HOW THEREFORE the -unieipal Council of The @rporation of the City of

Port Coquitlam, in Open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

L. The Mayor and City Clerk are herehy authorized to enter into

Development Agreements pursuant to the "City of Port Coquitlam Subdivision of

Land By-law, L970, No. 992" as may be reemmired from time to. time in the
processing fr approval of sulxiivision plans.

2. Bach Development Agreement aforesaid shall be in the form annexed to
this By-law as Schedule "A" together with such minor deletions or alterations
a3 are necessarily required fo accurately reflect the particular circumstances:
of each individual subdivision.

3. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign such Development

Agreenents on behalf of the Gitv and affix the Carporate Seal thereto.

4. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the “Development Aereement

Execution Authorization By-law, L974, HO. 1322",
