That pursuant te Section 4A(b) of Bylaw 902 the weekends of April lst and
2nd and April 8th and 9th be designated “clean up” periods and the burning of
garden and household refuse be permitted on those four days on private
property, in residential zones, in daylight hours only.

Official Community Plan Amendment No. 22/89 for the West end of Lobb Avenue.

That City Council direct the Clerk to prepare a bylaw amending the
Official Community Plan report Section 4.6.2 and Schedule "B" Plan Map to
include the portion of Lot A, D.L. 174 and 289 NWLD Plan 5917 lying north of
Lobb Avenue to Phase One Multiple Family.

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to endorse a restrictive covenant
for Lot 1, D.L. 379 and 464, Group 1 NWLD Plan 77807. This restrictive
covenant is to provide architectural control over the shopping centre to
be developed on the property formerly known as the Marathon Site.
