SUBJECT: Development Variance Permit No. 76/88
for 1774-80 Morgan Avenue.

ESOLUTION:

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of January 5th, 1989 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
issued relaxing the Subdivision Bylaw No. 2241 Section 4.2.3, cul-de-sac bulbs
to Lots 2, 3, 4, and 5 of D.L. 255, Group 1, N.W.L.D. Plan 17243.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of
January 9th, 1989 the owners and residents of property surrounding the subject
property have been advised that Council are considerin
