RESOLUTION:

"THAT the Subdivision Plan of Lot 5383 (as modified by the
"Ulster Street/Lincoln Avenue Road Exchange Bylaw, 1987, No.
2234"); S.W. 1/4 Sec. 7 and NeW. |/4 Sec. 6; Township 40; Flan
60681; New westminster District; wherein Lot 1 with an area of
7.410 ha and Lot 2 with an area of 9.512 ha are created;
prepared by Robert M. Reese, British Columbia Land Surveyor,.
and dated the 13th day of January 1987 be and the same is
hereby approved;

ANDO THAT his Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to
Sign the said Subdivision Plan on behaj# of the City and to
affix the City's Corporate Sea! thereto and attend to the
Filing of the said Subdivision Plan in the New Westminster Land

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS

Passage of the resolution quoted above wil| authorize the
subdivision of a single large City tot into two smatier
parcels. A copy of the proposed Subdivision Plan follows.
