Business people who rent or own commercial and industrial floor space
would immediately be placed ata disadvantage with competitors operating from
their homes. We would have the unique situation of those business people oper-
ating in proper zones subsidizing, by way of taxes and other costs, those who
would be operating from their homes.

I am of the opinion that commerce and industry should be kept in the

zones and related environment that has been created for them.
