certified correct by Helge Jacobsen, B.C.L.5., dated July 17th, 1981, be
and the same is hereby approved;

THAT the acquisition by the City of the portion of Lot "A" of Block
4, Plan 4652, shown thereon for the sum of one dollar ($1.00) be similarly
approved;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign
the said Explanatory Plan and/or other documents required for the
purpose aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto.

sum of $86,500.00;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk or City Treasurer be
authorized to execute the necessary plans or other documents necessary

for the purpose aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal thereto.

Alderman Mabbett asked that homeowners contacted by the City Committee
during their search for the appropriate house to be used for the energy

conservation program be advised that a house has been selected.
