RE: Insurance Appraisal

ends that Council approve of the
Ppraisal as outlined in the Treasurer's

report.

Item II
RE: City Hall Telephone System

The Committee recommends the purchase of a new switchboard
from B.C. Tel at the cost of $20,500 with the funds to come
from the Future Capital Reserve. This will result in th saving
of $542 per month from our present Phone billing. :
