MEMORANDUM

Road Closure - East of 1632/34 Angelo Avenue

As most. Council niembers are aware the City has been attempting to gain
title to the small portion of road described above and shown on the map
on the reverse side of this memorandum.

We believe we have now received all the consents that are required and
if the Council will give consideration to passage of the resolution
attached to this memorandum we will be able to submit the necessary
petition to the Minister of Municipal Affairs.
