Re: Right-of-Way - Freemont to Devon

Council members will recall that nepotiations have been
going on for some time fo the owner of property located 3515 Devon
Road to obtain a Right-of-Way along the northern boundary of the
property and we have now reached the stage where formal Council
approval is required to the Right-of-Way and this can be given by
passage of tha following resolution:

"That the Right-of-Way Agreement between the Corporation
of the City of Port Coquitlam and Roy Edvin Greeg and Margarat Ann
Gregg wherein the Right-of-Way 1s granted to the City over Lot 5 of
Lot 2, Block A of the NW 1/4, Section 5 Twp, 40, Plan 13282 New
Weatminater District as shown on a plan filed in the New Westmineter
Land Tithe Office be and tha same is hereby approved;

THAT payment of the sum of $2,500,00 therefore to the Greggs
be approved;

AND THAT his Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized
to sign the said agreement on behalf of the City and affin the Corporate
Seal thereto."
