Re: By-Law No. 1723

Proposed Commercial Development — Southeast Corner
Lougheed Hirhway and Vestwood Street

We, as long time residents, of this area wish to protest. the building
of a six story office tower on the Southeast corner of Lougheed and Westwood.

A tower of that size would freatly diminish the privacy of all the
residents in that area. Also the parking would soon be a problem to our streets.
This tower could just as easily be put on any of the other corners where there
is no residential housing. I object to a tower of that size, even, to be built
on that corner, but to build it were residential property is overlooked is
sheer lunacy and very poor planning and lack of concern for the tax paying
citizens.
