By-Law No. 1468

That third reading of By-law No. 1468 as given on the 7th day of March, 1977,
be rescinded;

That Section 1 of By-law No. 1468 be amended:

by striking out the title "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law,
1977, No. 1498" and substituting therefor the title "City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918";

by striking out the Zone Designation of "RM~1 (Multiple Family
Residential)" and substituting therefor the Zone Designation of
"RM-1 (Low Density Apartment Residential)";

That Section 2 of By-law No. 1468 be amended by striking out the title
"City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1977, No. 1498, Amendment By-law,
1977, No. 1468" and substituting therefor the title "City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1977, No. 1468";

AND THAT By-law No. 1468, as amended, be read a third time.

By-Law No. 1469

That third reading of By~law No. 1469 as given on the 2lst day of February,
1977, be rescinded;

That Section 1 of By-law No. 1469 be amended:

i. by striking out the title "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law,
1977, No. 1498" and substituting therefor the title "City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918"; ,

by striking out the Zone Designation of "RS~2 (Single Family
Residential)" and substituting therefor the Zone Designation of
"RS-2 (One Family Suburban Residential)";

by striking out the Zone Designation "RS-1 (Single Family Residential)"
and substituting therefor the Zone Designation "RS-1 (One Family
Residential)";

That Section 2 of By-law No. 1469 be amended by striking out the title
"City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1977, No. 1498, Amendment By-law,
1977, No. 1469" and substituting therefor the title "City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1977, No. 1469";

AND THAT By-law No. 1469, as amended, be read a third time.
