Moved and Seconded by Alderman Driscoll and Alderman Patterson

THAT It Is the recommendation of thls Committee that the
Minister be requested to come forward with some resolve on the
continuation of the membership of the Committee or resolve
forthwith what mechanism he would propose for replacing the
effected Committee members after the Munictpal Elections

AND THAT the Minister be further advised that this Committee
Is prepared to carry out Its original mandate with the present
inambership PROVIDED It enjoy the confidence of the Municipal
Councils.
