: October Ast, 1973. _ {7, WHEREAS the Municipal Council of The ‘Corporation of th City ef Port Coquitlam is desirous of trading certain real property owned by The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam for certain real property owned by Meridian + Developments Ltd. ; AND WHEREAS Public Notice was given on September 19th, 1973 of the transac~ tions hereinafter authorized; AND WHEREAS the said Public Notice invited any person wishing to bid on the ity property involved in the said transaction to propose any alternate sale or transfers prior te 12 o'clock noon on Thursday, September 27th, 1973 and no such Proposals were received ; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Lot 116, N. E. Quarter Section 6, Township 40, Plan 28650, New Westminster District, be sold to Meridian Developments Ltd. at or for the price or sum of $1.00 and in exchange for Lot 269, s.E. quarter Section 7, Township 40, Plan 42696; AND THAT the Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam be hereby authorized to execute such conveyances, deeds, maps, plans, receipts, and other documents on behalf of the said City as may be necessary for the purposes aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto.Carried.
