A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No. 2817". That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: That 1.1 ha (2.7 acre) portion of Lot "A" Except: Part Subdivided by LMP6010 Section 6 Township 40 Group One Plan 5345 New Westminster District shown on a plan annexed to this Bylaw as Schedule "A" is hereby rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural) to RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
