The subject rezoning received third reading on September 10, 1990. Under the provisions of the Development Procedures Bylaw, the project "shall not be considered for (final) adoption" unless Council extends the time for consideration of adoption. The applicant has sent the attached letter indicating that it is their intention to proceed with the project as soon as financing is secured; they anticipate this to happen shortly. The applicants are proposing a twombuilding, 56-units garden apartment complex. All apartments have areas of about 1,000 ft* with two bedrooms. All parking is provided underground and in compliance with Bylaw requirements. The building is designed in a post-modern style with an English theme. The roof is articulated with steep slopes, minimizing the volumetric impact of the buiiding.
