Kirk February 6, 1992 City Administrator LR. Zahynacz, P. Eng. City Engineer AY 5 of That Council approve the relocation of the existing sanitary/storm sewer right of way through 1215 Dewar Way to a new location approximately 2’8" to the west as shown on the attached pian provided that the owner assumes all the costs for surveys and legal registration work. Mr. & Mrs. Romaine have written several times in 1991 requesting permission to encroach onto an existing 20 foot wide municipal sanitary/storm sewer right of way by approximately 6’8" with a proposed sundeck. The Public Works Committee, in keeping with the City’s encroachment policy, has denied the previous requests for this encroachment. Mr, and Mrs. Romaine therefore propose to relocate the existing 20 foot wide right of way approximately 2'8" to the west and then construct 4 smaller sundeck which would not encroach on the newly located right of way. I have inspected the proposed right of way relocation on site and find that there would be sufficient room to maintain the sanitary and storm sewer within the new right of way boundaries.
