These Phase 1 works i i ined with the design drawings of the floodbox at this location, to enable these works to be carried uncer one contract. We will also Supervise the Phase 1 works along with the Flood Control Program work. The above work Will be carried out for a fixed fee of $28,000.00. You will be invoiced monthly based on the proportion of the work carried out to the end of each month. Tendering and Supervision of future works for installation of pumps, mechan- ical and electrical work will be dealt with later when the City is ready to complete the work. This work is not included in the agreed fixed fee. Payments to the Contractor for the civil and structural work wil] be based on site measurements and unit prices of the successful contractor for the total project including the work of the Flood Contro} Program work.
