The Adjustment date be January 15th, 1990, or earlier;
The Possession date be January 15th, 1990, or earlier;
The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the documents necessary
for the purpose aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City

thereto.”

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

Passage of the above resolution will result in the best monetary return to the
City from the tenders received. All tenders received are available for review
tn the Clerk's office. The map section following shows the location of the
