Administrator %.A. Freeman, City Engineer T.H. Director of Community
Planning W.A. Brown, Parks and Recreation Director K.J. Taylor and Secretarial
Assistant to the City Clerk S. Rauh.

That the minutes of the regular Council meeting held on March 13th, 1989
be taken as read and adopted.

DELEGATIONS =

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Ms. Barbara Copping, H.D.,
Chairperson, Board of School Trustees who addressed Council regarding a School
Board/Nunicipal Liaison Committee along with a Yequest for the Mayor to
appoint a Council member to the Committee.

Yis Worship Mayor L.N. Traboulay introduced Ns. Pat Whalley who addressed
Council regarding a proposed «unnel on the Poco Trail along the Pitt River
Dyke and the effect it would have on people who walk the dyke area.

lis Worship “ayor L.M. Traboulay ¢ntroduced Mr. Daniel Knight, 3849
Richmond Street who addressed Council with his concerns for the upgrading of
Centennial Pool.
