SUBJECT: Right-of-Way and Consojijidation at City Hal

Recommendation:

That a right-of-way in favour of B.C. Hydro Gas be grarvted
over the portion of Parcel A, Plan 75610 shown outlined in
black on the attached plan and that the Mayor and Clerk be
authorized to sign the necessary right=of~way agreement.

Background and Comments:

The portion of Parcel A shown on the attached plan was,

until recently, a dedicated lane allowance. lt was
consolidated along with the individual lots making up the City
Hall site into one parcel. ln the process of closing the lane

and consolidation, provision was not made for the existing B.C.
Hydro gas main in the lane. The proposed statutory right-of-
way will take care of this existing gas main.
