That $500.00 be spent from the Environmental Protection Budget for
the purpose of purchasing one half of the blue Plastic bags needed by
S.H.A.R.E. Society to continue the Curbside Recycling Program.

That the applicant be advised that it is not necessary for them to
apply for a Development Vartance Permit for their emp | oyee parking lot;

AND THAT City Council adopt a resolution to issue a Development
Variance Permit to the Northside Shopping Centre, Rem. of Lot J, District
Lot 479, Group One, New Westminster District, Plan 6505 permitting the
shopping centre to erect traffic direction signs in their required front
and flanking front yards.
