Hydro is holding a two day Open House at the Burrard Thermal Generating Plant to provide information about the plant, and the Waste Management Act permit applications to continue to operate the plant on natural gas. Open Houses will be held on Tuesday, 29 May 1984 and Wednesday, 30 May 1984 between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. We would like to invite you, your council and members of your staff to attend. A map in the enclosed brochure gives directions from Port Moody to the plant. There will be plant tours, displays about the Plant and the Permit applications. Representatives from B. C.
