THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM BYLAW NO. 1964 A Bylaw to amend City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651. WHEREAS the Council may in a Zoning Bylaw, pursuant to Section 716 of the Municipal Act, R.S.83.C. 1979, c. 290 (the "Act"), divide all or part of the area of the municipality into zones, define sach zone and regulate the use of tand, buildings and structures within the zones; AND WHEREAS in making regulations herein Council has. had due regard for the considerations set out in Section 716(2) of ‘the Act; NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Counci! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam in open meeting assembled enacts as follows: — . _ 1. “The "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended by the addition of the following as Section 198 thereof: : ; "19B Building Per Parce!
