COMMENTS: 1) This is an existing non-conforming fourplex building. Basis for this building's non-conformance ig that it still retains an RS-1l One Family Residential District zonin designation and a deficiency in the lot size (it is 918m in size while the minimum is 930m2), ‘ The owner's reason for rezoning the property is that the bank holding the mortgage is reluctant to renew it until they have assurance the property is properly zoned. It is because of this that a recommendation of support is being put forward. The use of this property will not change, but will be brought into conformance with the list. of permitted uses in the RM-3 Zoning District.
