at 7:30 p.m. fo consider the following Proposed by- -law to amend the "City of

Port Coquitlam Zoning By~law, 1979, No, L651",
Byrlaw No. 1859: to rezone Lot 201, District: Lot 380,
Group One, Plan 61005, New Westminster District, from RS~] to. RT-1.
This Property is located at 3357 Osborne Street’ and it js expected
that a duplex dwelling will be coustructed thereon following
completion of the rezoning Procedure
A copy of the Proposed by-law may be inspected in the Office of the
City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Nall, at the address given above, between the
hours of 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. 7 On working
days - from September i7th, 1981 to September 28th, 1981.
: All persons who deem their interest in Property affected by the
Proposed by-law shall be afforded an Opportunity to te heard at the Public
