The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam

will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Wall,
2272 McAllister Avenue on Monday, March 16th, 1981 at 7:50 pm to consider
the following proposed by-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law,
1979, No. 1651",
By-law 1818: to remove the Zone Designation of RS-2 assigned
to Lots 388 to 449, inclusive, of a Plan of Subdivision in process
of part of Lot "B", Block 4, Plan 21438, Parcel 1 (Explanatory
Plan 15292), Lots 33 and 34, Block 5, Plan 2797 and the portions
of road to be closed shown cross~-hatched on the plan attached to
the "Lynwood Street Road Exchange By-law, 1981, No. 1807" all of
the Southwest Quarter, Section 7, Township 40, New Westminster
District, prepared by D.J. Dyck, B.C.L.S. of Dyck & Associates,

British Columbia Land Surveyors, under File Number 80-164, and

assigning the Zone Designation of:

fa) RS-1: to Lots 388 to 448, inclusive, thereof; and,

(») P-L: to Lot 449 thereof.

This property is lecated on the South side of the 1200 and 1300

Blocks Victoria Drive and is being rezoned in order to permit

the subdivision thereof and it is expeced that 61 single family

residential lots will be created along with one lot to be conveyed

to the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam and used for park
purposes following completion of the rezoning procedures.

A copy of the proposed By-law, the Plan of D.J. Dyck, B.C.L.S.
referred to therein, and other relevant documents may be inspected in the
cffice of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given
above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on working days,

March Sth, 1981 to March 16th, 1982. ; ;

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the

proposed by-law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public
