Dyck, B.C.L.S. of Dyck & Associates, British Columbia Land Surveyors, under File Number 80-164, and assigning the Zone Designation of: fa) RS-1: to Lots 388 to 448, inclusive, thereof; and, (ยป) P-L: to Lot 449 thereof. This property is lecated on the South side of the 1200 and 1300 Blocks Victoria Drive and is being rezoned in order to permit the subdivision thereof and it is expeced that 61 single family residential lots will be created along with one lot to be conveyed to the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam and used for park purposes following completion of the rezoning procedures.
