Novice Car Rally on Sunday, May 30th, 1976, inviting official entries
from the Council to compete with official entries from other local
government, and requesting that the Acting-Mayor or an Alderperson act
as Official Starter in the morning and present a Winner's Trophy in the
evening.
‘It was generally agreed that the appointment, if any, of an Official
Starter as requested, awaic the return of Acting-Mayor Alderman Thompson,

and the following motion was proposed:
