Carried. Prior to passage of the above resolution, Acting-Mayor Alderman Traboulay requested clarification of the amounts spent on advertising on cheque numbers 4103, 4114, 4059, and 4077 and the City Administrator agreed to investigate. Alderman Mabbett requested clarification of the amount spent on cheque number 4062 to Executive Brew Coffee and the City Administrator advised that Staff contributes to this amount by payroll deduction to the Coffee Fund. From the Planning and Zoning Committee, June 10th, 1976 with respect Planning & Zoning re te an application (R#2/76) to rezone a portion of a parcel of land from rezoning appl'n R#2/76 -— Chester St. A-l (Agricultural) to RS-1 (One Family Residential) and recommending that a Public Information Meeting be held. ‘he property in question is the Dawson storage yard at the end of Chester Street and would require a Regional Plan Amendment to exclude this portion of land from the "Limited Use Reserve Area" designation before subdivision could take place. The Planning Officer further explained the involvement of the Flood Plain restrictions as they apply to this area.
