Re: Agenda for Monday, April 26th, 1976

In accordance with Mayor Campbell's instructions that the Council
Agenda for Monday is to be kept as short as possible there are only two routine
By-laws that our office would like the Council to consider and copies of these
are attached.

Additionally, Alderman Traboulay has asked that a letter concerning
mosquito control be dealt with as an emergency item and this also is attached.

The Agenda is, therefore, as follows:

- regular meeting held on April 12th, 1976.

BY-LAWS:

a) No. 1436 - Victoria Drive & Lynwood Ave. Plans 5114 & 2797
Highway Exchange - final passage & adoption.

b) No. 1437 - Davidson Street, District Lot 288 Road Closure~
