Manager, Art Director and the weatherman on CFTK-TV for
the first ten years of the station’s existence, and Frankie
worked as a Copy Writer and Traffic Manager at ‘TK as well,

- Pioneers in every sense of the word, Frankie was born in
Prince Rupert and grew up in Telkwa where she and Art met
in the late thirties. They lived in the Bulkley Valley before
and after War Il when Art served in the Canadian Navy.
