A Bylaw to Amend the "Traffic Regulation Bylaw, 1971, No. 1117".

The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting
assembied, enacts as follows:

- This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Traffic Regulation Bylaw, 1971, No. 1117,
Amendment Bylaw, 1994, No. 2869". :

That Section 607 of the "Traffic Regulation Bylaw, 1971, No. 1117" be amended by
renumbering Section 607 as Section 607(a).

Section 607 of the Bylaw is further amended by adding after subsection (a), the following
as subsection (b):

607(b) Truck and/or trailer parking on any street designated as “arterial” on Schedule
"A" of the "Subdivision Servicing Bylaw, 1987, No. 2241" is prohibited.

Section 1 of Schedule "A" of the Bylaw is amended by adding the following subsection 1(1)
after subsection 1(k):

1.1) No person to stand, step, or park a vehicle other than parallel with the outside curb of
any cul-de-sac.

Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule "A" of the Bylaw is further amended by inserting

therein, in its correct alphabetical order, "No Parking Anytime" on:

Pitt River Road éastside Yukon Avenue to a point 40 metres north

Pitt River Road westside Yukon Avenue (north) to a point 10 metres south
Pitt River Road westside Yukon (north) to a point 40 metres north

Section 10(c) of Schedule "A" of the Bylaw be repealed.

Section 5 of Schedule "D" of the Bylaw is amended by inserting therein, in correct
alphabetical order, the designation of a Playground Zone with a 30 km/hr speed limit on
Coquitlam Avenue adjacent to James Park Elementary School.
