DISCUSSION:

The proposed development complies with the designation of the property in
the Official Community Plan, and with the general guidelines outlined for

Development Permit Area VI.

The full site will be rezoned from A=1 (Agricultural) to RM~4 (Apartment )
to permit a subdivision of two large parcels, the firat phage for 91 unita.
The second phase will require a separate Development Permit.

As the building generally conforma to Zoning requirements and the design
guidelines of Development Permit Area VI, thia application can be supported
gubject to the conditions outlined above.
