That with reference to the Interim Agreement dated June 9, 1989 between
the City of Port Coquitlam as Vendor and British Columbia Buildings
Corporation as Purchaser and covering property located at 2175 Wilson Avenue,
Port Coquitlam, 8.C., the Corporation of The City of Port Coquitlam hereby
agrees to replace Schedule "C" of the said Agreement with the revised Schedule
"C" that is included in the Agenda documents of the Council meeting of August

28, 1989,

NeW BUSINESS:

Alderman Farnworth referred to a recent letter Council members had
received from Canada Tost Corporation respecting altered arrangement for mail

sorting.

Seconded by Alderman Keryluk:

That a representative of Canada Post Corporation be invited to attend a
future Ccuncil meeting to offer further explanetion respecting the altered
arrangement for the sorting of mail.
