That provision be mad: allowing for the proposed Skyline park to continue ‘full wicth' alongside the development to meet with Mary Hill Road. AS this development will forever alter the condition of the surrounding neighborhoods and in so much as municipal affairs in Victoria have advised that once enacted a 'mandatory development permit’ can not then be revoked, it is hereby further requested that these or any other recommendations that might be taken up by this city council be included in the body of the Official Community Plan ammendment as well as schedule 1, theresf.
