RESOLUTION:

That the Restrictive Covenant made under the
provistons of Section 215 of the Land Title Act between
| Doris Marte Ricard and The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam referring to the construction of a retaining wall
. on a portion of the area encompassed within a Statutory
| Right Of Way filed in the New Westminster Land Title Office °
. under number Z123630 be and the same is hereby approved;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be
: authorized to execute the sald Restrictive Covenant on
behalf of Yhe Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam and
affix the City's corporate seal thereto.
