AND WHEREAS Section 215 of the Land Title Act, R.S.B.C.
1979, c. 219 permits the registration of a convenant of a negative
or positive nature in favour of the City, in respect of the -
use of land or the use of a building on or to be erected on
‘land, or that land is or is not to be built on;

NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the terms and
conditions of ‘this Covenant and of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
now paid by the City to the Covenantor, the receipt and sufficiency
