SUBJECT: P.C.A.A.A. - All Sports Queen's Ball

Recommendation:

1) That P.C.A.A.A. be given the Mabbett Room, free of charge,

' for the All Sports Queen's Ball.
2). That there be no charge,. for the Wilson Centre, for the
‘Queens Tea, ;

Background & Comments:

The Port Coquitlam Amateur Athletic Association has decided to
again sponsor the All Sports Queen's Ball. In the past they have
used the Mabbett . Room free of charge. Port Coquitlam Amateur
Athletic Association has already contacted the Wilson Centre and
they will be using an evening when there is no programs. It
should: also be noted that the Silver Chord Choir will be catering
to the tea, . ._.
