A report fromthe City's Building Inspection Department also follows and you will note the Building inspector's comments contained therein. If the Council are of the opinion that the demolition of the structure should be ordered the resolution quoted first above: should receive favourable consideration as the principles of natural justice require that the owners and:other. persons having an interest in the building be permitted to address the Counci! prior to the Council formally ordering the demolition of the building. At the Council meeting of February 27th, 1984 representations from the owner and other interested parties (including the petitioners) could be received and the Council could make its decision ‘accordingly. On the other hand, should the Council be satisfied that corrective action is not necessary at this time then the second suggested resolution stated above ‘could be passed.
